  • Don’t expect to pay an unreasonable amount of money.


What do I need to bring?

  • All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a towel.

    Nice to hear from you! It’s a 4-week exercise program where we will integrate cardio and resistance (weight) training in an hour. For 2 days/week it’s $120 and 4 days/week it’s $200. Let me know if yo have any other questions.

  3. Just trying to understand the pricing. 4 weeks @ 2 times a week is $120.00 total or $120 per per times 4= $480.00

      It’s 4 weeks @ 2 times a week = $120 total. If you want to do 4 times a week, it is $200 total for the whole month.
